E-Brake pad change a 'do it yourselfer'? &How about my 98XC adj? V70-XC70

A Haynes manual should help some too. BTW, I was rotating tires and thought I'd adjust the rear E-Brake/Parking Brake myself ( as there's lots of life left on the rear pads) But I saw NO adj holes on the rear cast covers?(in front or back?
So I just did a small adjustment in the front -Lever adj. screw.
Does anyone know about this adj hole on an XC? is there one to adjust the starwheel?
