Your flashing arrow is a gear box fault. However, I get it when I accidentally turn the winter mode on. It later goes away. A mechanic can put it on the computer and it will give you the fault code. I am looking for a pattern of problems with warning lights that are going off without actual fault codes. That is the trouble I am having. Let me know what you find out.
