I bought the tool from this site. It works great and Dan helped me troubleshoot the connection to my palm. I went all out and got the palm universal edition. Basic set-up for a PC is only $117 to your door. Their basic setup for a PC is $93.95 to your door, looks like it needs a case to keep it from breaking. Just my 2 penny's.

I like the idea of the palm because it's easy to see what's happening when car is on road. And inexpensive palms can be picked up on Ebay, or your local pawn shop.
