Help! I'm another stranded S80 T6 owner........ S80 1999

Here I am, stranded on the highway for the 3rd time in as many months. The first 2 tows brought me to my mechanic, where the car immediately started, making me look like am imbecile. The mechanic tells me if he can't re-produce the problem, he can't fix it. The dealer tells me that they've had no problems like mine - and I don't believe them. When the problem occurs, it sounds as though there's insufficient fuel going to the injectors. This is my 3rd Volvo, and was to be my dream car...........somebody wake me up.
