starting problem - security system i think 850 1995

I had similar problems, thought it was the security relay replaced that (75.00), turned out to be the ECU (1,000.00), I made a posting on this, see if the story begins to sound familiar. One thing is certain the car will always eventually start, but one can never be sure when. Try holding the key in the start position until it cranks. I like the car much better now that it is a reliable starter.
