Volvo has three distribution centers in the U.S. all dealers get their parts from them. If your dealer were to order this part on a critical/vor order, whichever warehouse had this cable in stock would send it to your dealer. Even in a worst case scenario the dealer could request a want ad via the volvo dealer only website and find this part for you.
