I wouldn't worry about it. Unless you have a really ragged engine, there should be almost no additive getting past the rings into the oil.
Of course, I don't use Techron, but the initial AMSOIL PI dosage of 6 oz per 10 gal in a full tank has never (so far as I know in the past 25 years) caused any problem.
