Balljoint or 'A' arm... 850 1994

Check your car, some time in early model year 1994 Volvo switched from a separate balljoint to an A arm/balljoint assembly (it is replaced as a unit)

An alignment (4 wheel) goes for around $80 at my indie mechanic's shop (Spencer Sunoco, in Spencer, Ma. They specialize in Volvo. 1-508-885-5952 ask for Rollie) It is not nessessary, but I would reccommend an alignment.
