S70 ZERO problems..Anyone else 100% satisfied? S70

You get 20-25 mpg??? What about winter mileage? How do your drive mostly city/highway, acceleration? I've been getting about 12-14mpg and my dealer said this is normal for city driving in metro dc in the winter. EPA: 20mpg city, 28 highway. Mine is nowhere close. Thoughts?
