Replacing the intercooler shouldn't be too bad a job. Easier than replacing the radiator. Check your local Auto Parts Recyclers, ie. Junk Yard, for a lower cost part. Check here << http://www.used-car-parts-exchange.com/cgi-bin/webc.cgi/volvo/>>
