It appears that very little of that work was replacing items that are routine or once in the car's life items. The exception may be the a/c and related parts. It is apparant that certain damages parts unless corrected will continue to cost money. Perhaps you would be better off selling this car and replacing it with a comparable one without the problems. The difference in price (finding one with a bit better history) would most likely be offset by savings from the next round of repairs. There are a lot of great 96 850's out there with no problems that seem to be reasonably priced.
Good Luck
