sunroof noise S80 2001

I have noises similiar to the one you are describing; It used to be a pinging noise which turned out to be a spring missing from the popup spoiler - a visit to the dealer sorted that one. Now its a sort of creaking noise when you go over bumps as you describe. I tend to find that opening and closing the sunroof is a good temporary cure... Let me know if you find a permanent cure!

PS - Why on earth do they fit sunroof's to cars with Climate Control as standard?
