Peru--if your not a fix it yourself nut, take the car to a good "detailer", these are the guys that clean/wax cars for a living. Show him the deal and see what he can do for ya! Maybe very very buffable by them. Next I would set the "trap" for that PUNK and when you catch him, ask him how he thinks he would look "without his teeth"????
