Steering not centring well after replacing rack/fluid 850 1996

the toe adjustment must be made when you replace a rack, but i suspect you have a faulty rack with damage to the tube on the right side, either bent or dented and the piston is sticking. if it worked properly before you replaced it and this started after the handwriting is on the wall, i would take it back to the mechanic and have him drive it with you.
