Steering not centring well after replacing rack/fluid 850 1996

Hi all

Well its an OEM parts. They did not say its a rebuilt but did mentioned TRW.

The centering is getting better even at low speed. The right pulling only happen occasionally at very low speed now, say less than 20km/h. Once It have been driven longer, it is usually better.

I do suspect either the balance valve or poor bleeding.
