you said it best regarding the risk of auction versus another method. it has been my experience that the 5spd is rare according to many i've talked to
.i find its advantages to be that one rarely hears of troublesome manual trans on the othe hand the automatic is always listed as somewaht suspect. as far as addressing your other ???i do not know but the fuel economy is yet another reason to seek out a 5spd i'm LOVIN' my t5 5spd!!!'98 v70
