bumper paint 850 1995

weel i have some cracks and s*** on my front bumper (the grey plastick and the black part under it)

well i need a way to fix those nasty looking things , well after i got it from the dealer the black (& grey) paint started to crack , and i see under the black paint some white paste .(dont know why im writing this :) )

well mainly i need to fix them (the sheap way :) ) i need the paint type and some advice (if there are some links id apreciate it )
