Thanks for your help Al. Just evaluating my options. For now, I need to change the clutch (the bearing is failing). The mechanic told me the driveshaft might need to be changed down the road. I am also concerned that the viscous coupler might fail at some point. So I am thinking I might drop the shaft for the summer run the car fwd, and re-install a new shaft in the fall. It might save some wear and tear on the coupler.
