Sorry to hear about your misfortunes at the dealer. Oakville Volvo is just that. Oakville = $$$
I have had really good experiences with for ex McMillan & Saunders in Mississauga. For essential major Volvo repairs I would only trust a dealer ( major repairs like main seals etc.) For your brakes, order the parts online at for example IPD; Rear Zimmerman rotors, PBR pads and shims and have them installed at speedy. That’s all they do and as such specialize in that amongst other things. But again, shop around. One Speedy shop wanted $260 just to install (for labour), another only $126 with tax in. Go figure. So shop around. You have a great car. Don't be discouraged....
