Shock/Spring and rotor replacement S70 1998

I have a 98 S70 T5M with a little over 94,000 miles. When should I replace the shocks, springs and rotors? Any other maintenance I should look into> I love the car and it has been great. I replaced the timing belt at about 70K. I just had some upper motor mounts replaced. What about the CV joints/bushings?
