Springs generally don't need replacement!!!!! If you want better handling(& lower stance= harsher ride)then change spring. depending on how the shocks feel now, I would change them by 100K. your car will fell "new" again and handling will be greatly IMPROVED. the 3 most popular replacement are: Bilstein, Koni and Boge(OEM)(I believe in that order). I went with Konis and I'm happy with the performance. I stayed wiith OEM springs(for now). NOW, depending on when you last did your brakes(seems like you haven't since you got the car), I would suggest you do it ASAP; Especially the front rotors and pads!! The OEM set up is VERY good for most drivers; if you a performance-oriented type, slotted rotors with Mintex or PBR metalic pads are great. If I was in your shoes, I would do the brakes first them move to the suspension later(say by 100K miles).
