Its s 95 turbo. There is no flame trap on the turbos.
I believe if yours is a nonturbo you should still have the vacuum line there.
Its very hard to see because it will immediatedly loop back behind the exhaust manifold. You'll need a flash light to see it.
Theres a picture on volvospeed what to look for under bay 13 (vacuum lines)
