Stuck Horn--Relay or Switch? 850

i had the same Sounds like broken horn contacts on steering wheel. Fix new steering wheel. or you can search the archives for a epoxy fix. Did you hit the horn real hard ? disconn battery & turn wheel 90 degrees remove 2 torx.
