Stuck Horn--Relay or Switch? 850

You most certainly broke one of the four horn contacts in the steering wheel. The complete fix would call for replacing the entire steering wheel (>$500). But you may be able to glue/bandaid for less. Just make sure to fix it somehow before it rains next, since the fuze for the horn is the same as the windshield wiper!
