turns and no start 850 1996

i once read that if your n/a 850 turns over and wont start -- it may be the crank sensor or the cam sensor ..... my 2.4 20v turns yet wont fire and the tach stays at _0_ ,could this be the cam sensor..... hopen for a easy fix, and where is the crank sensors lo-cal under the bonnet(hood).
