What 4150 was trying to say is hold the gas pedal to the floor, and crank the engine over for an extended period of time , if while your doing this it sounds like it wants to start just keep holding and cranking until it does crank, it will smoke alot when it first starts,
this problem can be prevented by not running the car for very short trips. ( backing in and out of drive) Etc..
these cars are very bad about lifters getting stuck from not warming up enough,
allways let it run up to normal temp if possiable.
