Damn Dash!! S70

I have the same problem for my recently purchased 1998 T5 on the passenger side dash. Last evening I removed the glove compartment, vents and speaker grill, tightened all the torx screws, loosen the one at the bottom next to the door, lifted up the dash and retighten. (tips from this forum!) Also put some foam tape next to the locking mechanism of the glove compartment cover.

Much less noice today, but am still monitoring the improvement.
