Brake pad replacement and fluid bleeding! 850

Hi, all,

I am getting ready to do a big job myself--to change the front brake pad and bleeding the brake. To do this job right, I would appreciate if you could share your expertise with me by answering my following questions.

1. What order should I perform the job--to replace the pads first or to bleed first?

2. Is Super blue fluid (DOT4) appropiate?

3. Anything particular a newbie like me should pay attention to?
