you can get quality parts from www.IPD.com or i also use www.newandusedvolvoparts.com
if you have never done it before leave the timing belt and waterpump to a experienced shop, find a independant shop that specializes in Volvo and save some money over the dealership peices.
the engine mount and cap/rotor are pretty straight forward and easy to change, you may need some torx bits for the bolts and a set of metric allen wrenches for the rotor/cap
i have changed my own timing belt, but i have a extensive set off tools and i am a FAA licensed Airframe/Powerplant technician, it took me like 4-5 huurs because i made sure to do it right. if done wrong the engine can be ruined when you first startr it up do to the "interference type of engine in the 850" if the timing is wrong a valve could contact a piston and then.... new head/valve job/piston/ etc... bassically a major rebuild.
Find a good shop for the timing belt/water pump if you are not 100% sure that you can do it.
as for teh rest of the stuff you mentioned, go for it!
