Vibration Blues V70-XC70

If the vibration happens at 2-4 mph and only when you are stopping, could it be the brakes rutting due to a warped rotor? Very common with these cars. If you don't feel the vibration at any other speed I would think that this is due to the brakes. What happens if you just roll at that low speed?
