It should already be cycling on with the A/C compressor, if it isn't you need to do some more troubleshooting. You can test it just by opening the hood and turning on the A/C compressor, the fan should start high almost immediately and run as long as the compressor is running. If it doesn't you either have a bad fan relay, bad fan, or bad fan speed resistor. They are all located right up front there by the fan. Are you the original owner of the car? Has it ever worked right? Pop the hood and check it out and let me know what you find.
