The symptoms you describe certainly sound like low freon. Was the evap replaced in April 03 or 02? (There is a 12 month warranty if 03).

The first thing I would do is put a pressure gauge on the low-side port and see if you have adequate freon. If not, charge it up with R-134 with VU dye and figure out where the leak is this time!
