Quickest way to complete tests after clearing codes? V70-XC70 1998

I have seen the procedure for other makes, not Volvo, and they all recommended at least 30 minutes of driving at various speeds, and some stop & go. Certain tests require that the vehicle be at idle, others requires 45+ MPH with no abrupt changes in speed, etc. So in short, it can take a while. I think if you had the documentation on you that you recently attempted to pass, but failed due to all OBD-II onboard tests not completed, that you would be granted some slack.
