Poor acceleration/low end torque V70-XC70 1999

The air cleaner is bright and new after the 60K service so I don't think it's having a breathing problem unless it's obstructed between the airbox and the turbo.

It's not a third gear start because it shifts at least once. I'll listen for the shift into third today. The winter mode button changes the performance (I don't get the big boost after I get rolling, as I recall).

There isn't any slippage that I can detect. The engine doesn't rev until the acceleration picks up.
