Electronic Climate Control 850 1997

The tech working on your car obviously misdaignosed your ECC problem and being that you just paid them good money to fix it and they still havent, why not go back and bitch until (hopefully) another tech figures out the real problem?
If the ECC LEDs flash, codes exist so your scan tool must not be able to read them.
I'd take it back.
