Laptop diagnostic software. 850

I've been using the OBD-2 laptop software package from OBD-2.com for my 1997 850T for some time now. I've been pretty happy with it to some extent -- it has a thorough and expansive code database for the check engine light and I can finally shut off the service light, but the documentation for the package is essentially non-existant, the web site sucks, and the technical support is poor. I actually had to learn how to use the program through the Brickboard.
