Excellent suggestion about the fuel pump relay. I actually though about this and swaped the fuel pump relay with the one right next to it in the fuse box (both relays have the same pinout). I did this a month ago but it made no difference. I can hear the fuel pressure building in the fuel rail, so i'm assuming i'm getting fuel. Also tried some starter fluid but that didn't work either.

I hate to put in a new camshaft position sensor at $150 since I am not getting any codes.

I tell ya, I'm stumped.
