Ok, here's one for you experts 850 1996

I typically pull the coil wire and check for spark. If it is ok, I pull a plug and check for spark there too. One time, I pulled a sparkplug and my wife cranked the engine. Had no spark for the first 2-3 seconds but then I saw spark and the engine fired (4 of the 5 cylinders anyway). Best I can tell is that it is an intermittent spark problem, but again, no codes.
