Spark plug Opinions Please S80

I am about to change my plugs and I would like to know what plugs I should go to. I have a turbo now (S80 T6) and have heard many times that turbo and N/A plugs should be different. I think that I heard that turbos should have a cold spark plug and a N/A car should have hot spark plugs. Well, I would like any opinions on what plougs I should put in my T6. What would improve or at least maintain performance? thanks in advance,
