third seat installation V70-XC70 2000

looking at the third seat option,decent price on e-bay,has anyone installed one?looking for any advice on installation procedure,i have installed them on 240s and 740s,but have not even sean the set up on the v-70.the car is a 2000 model thank for any advice.
