Big bills lately V70-XC70

It's the typical 98 problems although I haven't heard much about the PVC problem. The ABS problem is due to a poor design where cracks occur on the circuit board. From what I gather it's a simple job to replace it but the unit is like $500.

I've got 75K on my 98 V70 AWD as well and I've had:

Constant turn signal burn outs (I think fixed this for good.)
Head light burnouts.
Alignments every 25K.
Blower motor failure (popular problem)
Inside door panels peeling (popular problem)
Rear brake pads every 15K. (popular problem)

The problem of the week is an ECCS failure (Electronic Climate Control System)

I'll never forget the guy on this board acting all high and mighty when I mentioned something about my 1994 Saturn SC2. "Saturn is not a Volvo!"
Well being that my 1994 Saturn with over 100K has never had a single repair I guess he's right Saturn definately is not a Volvo.
