Auto Transmission - Clearing Codes 850 1995

I recently changed the PNP switch on my car because it had been showing codes 3-1-3 and 3-2-2 for a long time, going into limp home mode etc. The car now drives OK but I have not been able to clear the codes by following the clearing procedure - even having the battery disconnected made no difference.

Does anyone have any advice ?
