It could be the PNP (most likely suspect), but other problems can happen with the tranny. Pull the codes to be more certain. Socket A-1, code 3-1-3 is a near-certain PNP problem. Also code 3-2-2 can show up. Any other codes, and you might have other issues like solenoids, etc.
