dashboard 850 vs s70

i'm considering 850's and S70's; i'm not fond of the S70 nubbly type dashboard. what is the 850's like? is it reasonably durable? also i assume the 850 doors don't have the delamination problem of the S70 doors, is that right? thanks a lot; this forum is great.
