Mirror heater not working, need help troubleshooting 850 1996

My guess is that your driver's side heated seat isn't working either. The mirror is on the same fuse as the heated seat. The heated seat has a "recall" because the wiring harness wears out, and needs to be replaced, by a dealer, under warranty.

Check it out. Call your/any dealer and demand a warranty repair, even if you bought the car "used".
