Well, it's not an easy fix, but it's also not that difficult. I give it a 5/10 on the difficulty scale. You really can't mess up anything except perhaps scratching the instrument "glass", so make sure to protect it exactly as the BAY-13 instructions say to (see link below). If you're halfway handy with a screwdriver, the job can be done in an hour. Like the other post says, consult with your Volvo parts counter ahead of time and go ahead and replace all the bulbs.
