Drain holes? Yes they are, and they drain out the the lower body i believe near the wheel wells, other people have posted about flushing them out and cleaning them with a garden hose or something similar? don't recall exactly.

there is a length of clear rubber hose that runs from the drains down through the body, i think people may remove the hose and clan it out and then reistall it. it has clamps that hold it on.
