As mentioned, yes, they are. They connect to a little manifold behind each of the rear wheel wells, where a clear drain tube from the upper body is also connected. You can get to the tubing by unscrewing the little plastic clips that hold the trunk trim in place (just a 90-degree turn). Once you're in there, just work the ends of the tube loose from their connections. Mine were pretty well clogged. All I did was to use a watering can to fill it with water, let it soak for a few minutes, then shake (obviously while holding your thumbs over the openings). When you let go all of the crap should come flowing out. Very easy. You should also check the drain tubes going down the firewall in the engine compartment. There are three of those (I think), and only one of mine was clogged.
