Shock/Strut replacement or Sway Bar replacement 850 1994

Do the swaybar links first. They are cheaper than struts. If that solves the problem you have saved $500 or more. I had my 1996 Volvo 850 (80,000 miles) mis-diagnosed for strut replacement and wasted $500.
