Assuming the problem exists with all sources (cassette,radio,CD)I would remove the radio and re-seat it into the connectors. By doing this, you have simply temporarily cleaned the contacts. Otherwise, remove the radio, get some electronic contact cleaner, clean the contacts and return the unit.
Be sure to have your anti-theft code for re-booting the unit.
